ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drain juice)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all above ingredients; pour into two round/greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Let cake cool completely before icing. If you put icing on the cake before it cools, the icing will melt.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapples (Dole) (don't drain juice)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

In large mixing bowl, place all above ingredients and mix. Start with icing the middle of the first cake. Place second layer cake on and complete frosting the cake.

Cake must be kept in refrigerator.
