ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 3/4 c. oil 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, plus juice FROSTING: 20 oz. crushed pineapple plus juice 1 tsp. vanilla 9 oz. Cool Whip 3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Beat cake ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, except Cool Whip, together. Carefully fold in Cool Whip and spread on the cooled cake. |
