LAYERED SPINACH SALAD 
2-3 bunches fresh spinach
8 oz. ham, julienned
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
6 hard boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed
1/4 - 1/2 chopped red or green onion

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In a large, deep, U-shaped bowl, layer the ingredients in this order: 1/2 the spinach, 1/2 onion, 1/2 egg, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 ham, 1/2 peas and 1/2 the dressing, spread to the edge to seal the salad. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serves 10-12.
