PEACH STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf Dakota Hearth frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
Streusel topping (recipe follows)
Quick icing (recipe follows)

Pat or roll out dough to fit a greased 13 inch pizza pan. Do not raise. Arrange sliced peaches on top of dough. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and drizzle with quick icing. (May sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired).

STREUSEL TOPPING:

Combine 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup butter in a bowl and mix until crumbly. Add 1/4 cup brown or granulated sugar and a few drops of vanilla. Blend well.

QUICK ICING:

Mix 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon milk. Thinning with more milk if necessary.
