POTATO DROPS (KRUMPLI CSEPP) 
6 potatoes
1 tbsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. flour
1 sm. grated onion
2 eggs

Peel and grate potatoes. Add salt, pepper, onion, eggs and flour to make heavy batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot shortening. Fry on both sides until brown.
