QUICK TURKEY CRUNCH | |
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts 1 medium onion 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 c. diced turkey 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Spread 1/2 can noodles on bottom of an 8-inch square buttered dish. Combine other ingredients, spread over noodles. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Laura Harvey |
