EGGROLL FILLING 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned

Add to browned beef - finely chopped:

Carrots
Onion
Celery
Green beans

Add:

A lg. spoonful of bean sprouts

Add:

ground pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix all ingredients together well. Place on eggroll wrapping, closing ends. Cook in frying pan with oil to cover. Cook until brown and crisp. Makes great finger food.
