POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 stick of butter

Mix soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and salt to taste. Stir in potatoes. Sprinkle on bread crumbs and pour on melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer. Should be bubbly in center for potatoes to be done. Fills a 9x13 pan.
