POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 sm. sour cream
2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrowns, partially thawed
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 green pepper
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Mix in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.
