HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 to 6 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
4 oz. pimientos, diced
Onion tops, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix corn flakes and butter to topping. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients and pour into a buttered rectangular pan. Top with corn flakes topping and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
