HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) bag Southern Style hashbrown potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Corn Flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the next 6 ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Top with Corn Flakes. Pour over second stick of butter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
