FAMILY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft broad crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; form into 8x4x2 inch loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6-8 servings.
