GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 cans green beans, drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. lightly crushed Corn Flakes
2 tbsp. butter

Make a roux with butter, flour and seasonings. Stir in cream and heat. Do not boil. Add beans and cheese and turn into long flat casserole. Top with Corn Flakes and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
