BAKED BEANS 
6 slices bacon
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. any sour mash whiskey
1 lg. onion, chopped

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain off all fat and saute pepper and onions in the drippings. Combine all ingredients and turn into 1 quart casserole. Top with bacon strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
