SHRIMP RICE JAMBALAYA 
1 can (10 oz.) rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/3 c. minute rice
2 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen thawed shrimp

Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings in skillet. Cover and bring to a boil. Add minute rice right from box. Then add shrimp. Cover and simmer 7 minutes.
