MEAT LOAF MIX 
6 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
3 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
2 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. dried sage
3/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1. In a plastic zip-type bag, combine the parsley flakes, onion flakes, oregano, marjoram, sage, celery seed, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne. Shake the bag well to mix.

2. To use: Combine 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of the mix with 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup fine fresh bread crumbs and 2 eggs. Pack into 9"x5" loaf pan and brush with an additional 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let 10 minutes before slicing. The meat loaf will serve 8.
