SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed well
2 cans mild green chilies, chopped
2 c. cottage cheese
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix ingredients by hand in order given. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; then 350 degrees about 30 minutes until browned and knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes to set. Cut into 12 squares. This can be mixed up the day before.
