STRAWBERRY-BANANA WHIP 
1 env. (4 1/2 c. servings) low-cal strawberry-banana flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
1/2 med. banana (about 3 oz.) peeled
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. strawberries, cut in halves

In medium heatproof bowl sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and stir until dissolved; stir in ice cubes. Transfer to blender container; add banana and yogurt and process on low speed until pureed.

Into each of four 6 ounce dessert glasses pour 1/4 of banana mixture. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours.

To serve, top each portion with 1/4 of the berries.

Makes 4 servings.
