1 egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. fruit

Put everything into bowl (large). Beat 1/2 hour by hand beater or with electric beater until mixture stands alone. Spoon on top of white or yellow cake.

Any fruit can be used. Good with bananas, pineapple, and all berries.
