GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. water
4 oz. German chocolate bar, grated
6 oz. chocolate chips
10X sugar

Bake at 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1/2 of German chocolate bar and all of chocolate chips. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining German chocolate bar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan. When cool - sprinkle sifted 10X sugar over cake.
