RHUBARB JAM 
10 c. rhubarb
6 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello

Put cut rhubarb in kettle pour sugar over rhubarb and let stand overnight. Boil rhubarb/sugar mixture for 15 minutes. Take off stove and cool a few minutes. Add Jello and stir to dissolve. Put in sterilized jars.
