RHUBARB JAM MICROWAVE 
5 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Cut rhubarb. Add sugar. Let stand overnight. Boil mixture to full boil. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add Jello; mix well. Put in jars and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
