3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water

Put all ingredients in given order and mix thoroughly together. With wire wisp or mixer. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan.
