COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 can coconut
1 (8") unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Gradually stir in milk. Add coconut. Pour into chilled unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
