COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour milk over coconut and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat. Add milk, coconut and vanilla. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
