BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. coconut

Blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into empty 9 inch pie pan plate. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread 1 cup coconut on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
