AMAZING COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan or Pyrex glass pie plate. Let stand for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. You can test by sticking center with knife blade.
