1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients, except coconut. Put in blender, and blend for 3 minutes on low speed. Pour into greased pie pan and let stand for 5 minutes. Add coconut on top and bake at 350 degrees until done.
