COOKIES `N CREAM CAKE 
1 box Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 egg whites
1 c. coarsely crushed Oreos

Grease and flour two 9 or 8 inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except Oreo's at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg whites. Blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and creamy. Frost cake and garnish as desired.
