OREO COOKIE AND ICE CREAM CAKE 
Put cookies into a blender or food processor to make crumbs. Add 1 stick melted butter. Pat 1/2 of the mixture into a 13"x9" pan. Put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top (slice and lay out).

Spread 1 jar thick chocolate fudge topping over ice cream.

Spread 1 container Cool Whip over the top. Top with the remaining crumbs. Freeze.

Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving, and place in the refrigerator.
