COOKIES 'N CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 egg whites
1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except cookies at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Gently stir in 1 cup coarsely crushed cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla and 2 egg whites; blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and creamy. Frost cake. Garnish with more crushed Oreo's.
