FOUR-DECKER DINNER | |
2 tbsp. bacon fat or oil 1 lb. hamburger made into patties 5 med. onions, sliced 4 med. potatoes, sliced 5 med. carrots, sliced Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c. water Melt fat in skillet and add patties. Over these, layers of sliced onions, potatoes, carrots, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until fat begins to sizzle. Add 1/4 cup water and cook 35-40 minutes. |
