OATMEAL CAKE AND ICING 
1 c. oats
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine oats in boiling water. Let set 10 minutes. Add Wesson oil, eggs and sugars. Sift dry ingredients. Mix with other ingredients.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

Icing:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk

For Icing: Spread icing on top of hot cake. Return cake to broiler for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh or frozen peaches.
