3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

3 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

CAKE: Can be mixed in pan. Mix dry ingredients first, then add vinegar, water and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until top springs back.

ICING: Cook until very thick the flour, brown sugar, butter and milk. Then add coconut and chopped nuts.
