PIZZA STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
3 pods garlic
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground chuck or round
1 sm. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushrooms in 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. In skillet simmer until brown ground meat, diced garlic, diced onion, diced bell pepper, salt, pepper, Rotel and stewed tomatoes. Cook on low 30 minutes. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Serve with toothpicks.
