LO-CAL FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened 1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon gelatin 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. light cream cheese 1/3 c. pecans 1-2 pkg. low calorie whipped topping mix 2 pkg. sugar substitute 1 tbsp. lemon juice Drain fruit and heat 1 cup of the juice. Add gelatin. Beat the cheese into warm mixture. Fold in fruit and chill until syrup. Fold in nuts, sweetener, topping mix, and lemon juice. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Chill. Makes 8 servings. |
