LUTHERAN CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pears. Heat 1 cup boiling pear juice. Add to Jello. Cool. In the blender, blend pears and cheese. Add cooled Jello. Add and mix in whipped cream. Put in a mold and freeze. Take out of freezer 1 hour before serving. Serve with strawberries or box of defrosted raspberries.
