PERFECT CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Pineapple juice and water to equal 1 c.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add crushed pineapple. Add juice and water mixture. Pour into 13x9x1 inch mold and chill.

SECOND LAYER:

1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Dissolve Jello in hot water; immediately beat in cranberry sauce. Chill slightly and spoon over top of lime layer.

THIRD LAYER:

6 oz. cream cheese
Chopped walnuts
1 env. powdered whipped topping

Whip powdered topping according to directions. With a fork, mash and stir cream cheese, which has been softened to room temperature. Beat into whipped topping. Spread over top of red layer. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over entire top and refrigerate. Excellent!
