CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 box lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can pears, drained & crushed
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Maraschino cherries

Let cheese stand until soft, add Jello and boiling water; let dissolve. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup pear juice. Let set until firm. Whip. Add crushed pears and cherries. Whip cream and fold into the above. Place in mold until set.
