1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Then put chocolate kisses on top and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer.
