1 cube butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey's chocolate kisses
1 sm. box of sugar

Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Add egg and vanilla. Stir together well. Add dry ingredients. Take 1 teaspoon at a time and roll into a ball. Roll ball of dough into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove and stick in peeled Kiss, pressing down. Bake another 2-3 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
