CREAM CHEESE PIE CRUST 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Combine softened cream cheese and butter with fork (mixer also works) until smooth. Add flour and mix well with fork. Finish by hand.

Shape dough into 2 balls of equal size. Put each one into separate pie pans.

Do not bake this crust "blind" (without ingredients) or crust will burn.

Do not roll crust; press into place.

Makes 2 small pies in tins or 1 large deep dish pie.
