SWEET-SOUR HAM BALLS 
3/4 lb. ground cooked pork
1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. seedless raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease shallow 1 quart baking dish. Mix together meat, crumbs, well beaten egg, milk and salt. Shape into 4 serving size rolls. Place in prepared baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients in glass or enamel saucepan. Heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Spoon about 1/2 the sauce over rolls. Bake 50 minutes. Baste frequently with sauce. Serve hot with any remaining hot sauce. (Makes 4 servings)
