BEANS VINAIGRETTE 
1 pkg. Italian green beans
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
2 tbsp. parsley
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cook beans according to package directions, adding onion to cook with the beans.

Mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, mustard, and parsley. Add oil 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well between each tablespoon. Drain beans and onions, stir in vinegar mixture until beans are coated. Let stand for 5 minutes.
