CHERRY STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add gradually to creamed mixture. Beat until light. Spread 3/4 of batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter over filling. Level with knife.

Combine following ingredients and sprinkle over batter: 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. sugar

Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool; cut into squares. Delicious served with ice cream.
