RED VELVET CAKE 
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. bottles red food coloring

Sift flour 3 times. Add soda, salt and cocoa; set aside. Mix all other ingredients. Combine both mixtures. Add bottles red food coloring. Mix well. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING
1/2-1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, optional
Vanilla to taste
