CORN MUFFIN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, with liquid
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix first 3 ingredients together thoroughly. Add remaining ones and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm. Serves 12.
