CORN-MUFFIN-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 c. sour cream 1/2 stick melted butter 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix together, using 3/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top after baked 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
