CORN 'N CORN MUFFINS 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn (about 1 c.)
1/4 (8 oz.) sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Dash of pepper sauce
1 beaten egg

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Fill large greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in a hot oven (425 degrees) 12-15 minutes or until brown. Makes 10-12 large muffins.
