HAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. thin noodles
8 oz. Philly cream cheese
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. slices Muenster cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. sliced olives (optional)
2 tbsp. chives

Cook noodles and drain, melt butter, take off burner, add flour, salt, pepper and milk, stirring constantly, until smooth. Put back on burner and cook until thick, add cream cheese, cook and stir until melted and smooth, add olives, ham and chives in 5 quart casserole; layer noodles; Muenster cheese and sauce ending with sauce (about 2 complete layers). Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top - drizzle melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 8.
